Anserteam Workforce Solutions has been named a top Dallas area entrepreneurial company in 2014, for the second year in a row. The announcement came at the SMU Cox Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship’s Annual Dallas 100™ Awards Ceremony and Banquet November 13th at the Omni Dallas Hotel. Anserteam, founded in 2004, ranked #81 on the list of Dallas 100™ Awards this year.
Anserteam is an international workforce solutions alliance started by a group of independently-owned staffing company partners. As an international staffing agency, it serves companies with Staffing Solutions in multiple geographic needs in the technology, manufacturing, accounting/finance, healthcare, food service, hospitality, industrial, call center and government sectors. Anserteam owners/members have over 750 branch locations producing over $1.5 billion in sales. Anserteam is the only company of its kind in the United States and Canada and is headed by President, Natalie Davis-Runyan, an experienced North American staffing executive.
Dallas 100™, co-founded by the SMU Cox Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship, honors the ingenuity, commitment and perseverance of the fastest-growing privately held entrepreneurial businesses in the Dallas area. According to the Caruth Institute’s data, this year’s winning companies collectively created 15,865 jobs over two years. In addition, all 100 companies together achieved $4.4 billion in sales in 2013 alone (the most recent year for which complete data is available) and made $9.1 billion in sales over three years from 2011 to 2013.

The Dallas 100™ Awards Ceremony is presented annually by SMU Cox. The event recognizes privately held corporations, proprietorships or partnerships headquartered in the area that often don’t get attention, but which have created jobs and generated wealth for their founders and employees and enhanced the area economy.
