It’s important that you view them as a partner in your business, or you run the risk of not taking what they do or suggest seriously. Therefore, you need to make sure your internal team is on board in terms of working with the MSP. And while you need to take a look at competitive pricing, know the cost shouldn’t be the only factor in your decision-making process.
